Projects

Kilobyte

2026

React 19 · TypeScript · Vite · WebGL2 · WebAssembly · Emscripten

njoku.dev/kilobyte

  • Cinder Field, the lead game, is a WebGL2 match drawn in the tab. Versus bots works offline. Kiln Rally is C++ and SDL2 compiled to WebAssembly and played in the same frame.
  • Three publishing paths: a public GitHub repo played through jsDelivr or GitHub Pages, a zip or folder kept in the visitor’s IndexedDB and served by a service worker, and a JSON cart run by a built-in canvas engine.
  • A catalog ranked by star rating, with filters for genre and runtime (HTML, WASM, or cart). Optional cloud accounts and online lobbies need a free Supabase project; this demo does not include those keys.
  • GitHub Actions lints with oxlint, runs Vitest, builds the WebAssembly game with Emscripten, and builds the site on every push.

OrbitScope

2026

Java 21 · Spring Boot · Orekit · Cesium · TypeScript · Vite

github.com/michaelnjoku347/OrbitScope

  • Java and Orekit turn live CelesTrak orbit data into positions. A Cesium globe draws Starlink, GPS, and the ISS, and the default observer is New York.
  • Clicking a satellite shows its name, altitude, and the next pass above 10° from New York. An ISS check against wheretheiss.at was about 0.2 km.
  • The globe uses Orekit. A simpler array version is faster, but it skips drag, so it stays in the benchmark.

njoku.dev

2026

Astro · TypeScript · CSS · Vercel

github.com/michaelnjoku347/MichaelNjoku

  • Static Astro site with light and dark themes, a command menu, and a printable résumé.
  • Projects are Markdown files, so adding one never means touching the page code.
